Kari Cinnamon

While a member at University of Sports and a local swim team coach I was inspired to become a group fitness instructor and then a certified personal trainer. I instruct a wide range of classes from Spin, kickboxing and boot camp style classes to most recently being a trainer with the Weight Loss Challenge program. My passion for exercise has always helped me to maintain balance in my life.
I became a certified personal trainer to take my passion to the next level. Working with clients one on one or in a group setting has truly been a rewarding experience. The majority of my clients want to tone up and build a leaner and stronger body. Some are facing weight loss challenges, past injuries, or health concerns.
Whatever a person's fitness goals are I strive to motivate, educate, and inspire them towards achieving those goals. For me helping people meet their goals in order to improve their feelings of well-being, health, and happiness is what it's all about.
